Retirement Celebration
Please plan to be here on Sunday, August 13 for a special celebration.  Barbara Hong is retiring as our organist after 11 years of service with us.  She will be accompanying the Chancel Choir on the organ during the 10:30am service. Following worship, there will be an opportunity to greet her and share appreciation in the lobby.  A cake reception is planned.  Gifts for Barbara can be placed in the offering basket.  Make checks out to PCHUM (be sure to note “retirement” on your memo line).  Gifts can also be donated online: using the “Barbara retirement” category.

Music is a crucial part of a vital multigenerational community like Chapel Hill.  Our current worship services are anchored by individual and groups of all ages that give of their time and talents to make sure that the full range of spirit and emotion is reflected in our many expressions of worship.  If you sing or play and instrument, or have always wanted to better-up the gifts you have, Chapel Hill can connect you to music in a wide variety of ways.
