Loving nursery care is provided for our little ones in the Nursery (Rooms 206-207) located in the upper level.
Please note: due to COVID restrictions, nursery care is not being provided during worship.
We want to make sure both our little ones and their families feel safe and comfortable when they are in our church nursery. For parents’ peace of mind, we provide a very simple and effective pager system that is available to all parents when they drop off their children in the church nursery. Each pager has a number that is recorded with your child’s name and information when you check into the nursery. If you are needed during service, you will be silently paged by our staff to return to the nursery.
We know that children, especially little ones, are most comfortable with a familiar face each week. We want to provide as much consistency as possible for our families. This is why our nursery is staffed each week by the same two paid caregivers, along with church volunteers. All of our help, paid and volunteer, has been through our A Safe Place requirements, so parents can rest assured that their children are being well cared for.
Parents are welcome to check on their children at any time. The door to the nursery is always open and child proof gates are used for safety.
If you have any questions about childcare at Chapel Hill, or are interested in volunteering to care for our little ones and would like to sign up to help, please contact Andrea Trantham, Director of Children's Ministries, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
